Research Interests

As a graduate student in Erik's lab, I studied the genetics of synaptic vesicle recycling. Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory studying bioinformatics. More specifically, I design databases and user interfaces to store and view biological data, then use these tools to answer questions of comparative genomics and computational biology.
