We're after motivated and bright people who are interested in ecology, especially those interested in carbon and water cycle questions. Dr. Bowling's philosophy towards graduate students is to provide a positive environment with the intellectual support and resources necessary for them to pursue their scientific interests. Don't worry if you don't know exactly what your interests are when you begin (most students don't). Graduate school is a lot of work but very much worth it!
